Ed Trevillian's Testimony:

Ref Ghana trip, 10-2006
One of the days in Ghana, I was allowed to go with the medical team. After the medical team set up, I was helping to keep people in line and was really unnecessary. Soon thereafter, Delores Cummings came to get me. She said a lady wanted us to pray for her. Delores and I prayed for her and each person thereafter, 15 to 20 minutes each. We were praying continuously from 11:00am to 4:00pm. Of the roughly 15 people for whom we prayed, 8 or 9 were experiencing a physical pain that was always present. The remainder asked for prayer for solutions that could not be immediately seen such as a mother asked that her daughter “be given an issue” (have a baby). These people did feel real pain like the 25 year old male who obviously was accustomed to physical work. He said he had pain in his upper right arm and the pain had persisted for a year. As I put my hands on his shoulders I could feel a canvas brace around his shoulder under his shirt. After Delores and I prayer for him to heal his shoulder for 15 minutes, I asked him how he felt. He said it felt much better, but some pain still remained. We prayed a few minutes more and as he rotated his arm he said the pain was completely gone! This healing occurred with every single one of the 8 or 9 of the people who felt pain! I expect based on this, that all of the remaining people had their prayers answered. Glory to God!
These were clearly miracles. I can not substantiate that as I had not doctor’s diagnosis before and after, but I have no doubt God’s hand did the work. After each session I asked the recipient, “Who healed you?” The answer was always “God” or “Jesus”.
I am clear, that I did nothing special other to than show up and to pray. God did the healing and allowed me to participate in the miracle this time. The Archbishop’s office of priests had been praying for each village our team visited for the previous 3 weeks. That had the most to do with these miracles.
The biggest Blessing in this for me was, not that I saw the miracles. I had seen miracles before. Not that I thought something miraculous happened because of me- it did not. The Blessings were a) seeing these people who had so much need being answered by God and b) the, biggest Blessing, that God allowed me who is so absolutely unworthy to participate in His very miraculous presence and work. That means that God does in fact find me lovable enough to be near Him and to work with Him. That was huge beyond my ability to communicate. To God be the glory and I give him thanks for saving a wretch like me. (This is not lip service- this is my deepest core speaking.
